Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Freixenet Copestick Limited), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
Internet access and email address required.
Purchase is not required to enter the prize draw and participate in the online instant win.
Promotion Period: 00:01 on Wednesday 1 July 2026 until 23:59 on Wednesday 9 September 2026. Any entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
To participate in prize draw and online instant win: During the Promotion Period scan the QR code from the promotional neck collar, or access www.winwithfreixenet.co.uk. Successfully pass the age gate, complete the entry form with your full name, email address and telephone number to participate automatically in the Instant Win. If you submit a valid entry you are entered into the prize draw.
Maximum 1 entry into the instant win promotion and the prize draw per person per week.
Maximum 1 Instant Win Prize per person. Once you have won an Instant Win Prize you will not be able to win further Instant Win Prizes but may still submit additional entries into the prize draw.
Prize Draw Prize: One winner will win a 4 night trip for 2 to Mallorca. Prize includes economy return flights from a London airport, double or twin accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel (including breakfast), and return private transfers from Palma Airport. The prize also includes a three-course dinner (booked in advance) to the value of £75 per person (including service charge) and one day at a beach club (specific club will be subject to availability and selected and booked in advance by the Promoter) with a £150 per person credit at the beach club towards food and beverages. Winner is responsible for any additional charges and any transfers to restaurant . Travel insurance is not included but is required and Promoter will refund up to £100 (in total) travel insurance charges on production of a valid receipt. Prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of winner verification and may not be taken between 21 December 2026 and 2 January 2026, Easter Sunday or Spanish or UK bank holidays. Winner and guest must be minimum 18 years old at time of trip. Winner must select 3 different trip dates in three separate months no later than 6 weeks before the first of such dates and prize provider will confirm the booking.
Instant Win Prizes: There are 66 Instant Win Prizes in total split between two prize types. For the allocation of the Instant Win Prizes through the Promotion Period please see clause 16.
- 30 x Luxury Freixenet branded wicker lined hampers (“Hampers”) each hamper including: 1x handmade tapas dish, 1x bag of truffle flavoured crisps, 1x box of olive oil crackers, 1x tin of spicy pitted olives, 1x box of chocolate sardines, 1x jar of alioli, 1x set of 2 mouth-blown flute glasses, 1x bottle of Freixenet Sparkling Wine; and
- 36 x Freixenet branded embroidered beach bag (“Beach Bag”) including 1x bottle of Freixenet Sparkling Wine.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of any prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Further Prize Draw Prize details:
- Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
- Winner must be over 18 years of age at time of entry and guest must be over 18 years of age at time of travel;
- The winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance, valid passports (minimum 2 clear pages, minimum 6 months’ validity from proposed date of return), visas and all health or other Government requirements prior to departure;
- Travel bookings will be made via the Promoter’s nominated agency in accordance with clause 8 and must be made at least 6 weeks in advance of proposed dates;
- All travel is subject to the relevant transport provider’s standard terms and conditions;
- Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
- Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
- Once the prize has been booked, neither the Promoter, nor the prize agency nor any provider of any element of the prize shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies;
- Once any booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
- Winner might be required to provide credit card details to be held by the hotel as guarantee against any in-room spending;
- If a booking is cancelled no alternative prize will be issued;
- Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; any additional expenses beyond the prize inclusions, including but not limited to additional meals, transport, travel documents, visas, personal expenses and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner;
- All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner;
- If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternatives will be provided; and
- The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and prizes are subject to the prize supplier’s terms and conditions.
Prize Draw winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw which will be conducted using a randomised number generator and under the supervision of an independent body within two working days of the end of the Promotion Period. One provisional prize draw winner and two reserves will be selected.
Prize Draw winner notification: The provisional winner will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within two working days of the winner selection. The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, including supplying a photograph of the winner’s official government issued passport or drivers’ licence to prove their age. Upon completion of this, the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in that provisional winner being disqualified. In the event of disqualifying a provisional winner, a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching two reserves, the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

Instant Win Prize allocation: Instant Win Prize winners will be determined using a winning moments mechanic (accurate to days, hours, minutes, seconds) with 6 winning moments set during each week period from 00:01 on each Wednesday to 23:59 of the following Tuesday during the Promotion Period EXCEPT THAT the final week period runs from 00:01 on the Wednesday to 23:59 on the following Wednesday and is therefore eight days long (not seven). Each winning moment will have one of the 66 Instant Win Prizes allocated to it. The winning moments have been randomly selected before the start of the Promotion Period. Entrants who submit a valid entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win the Instant Win Prize associated with that winning moment (unless that entrant has already won an Instant Win Prize). If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next (or if the entrant who would have won has already won an Instant Win Prize), the Instant Win Prize from that winning moment will be deferred such that the next entrant who is eligible to win an Instant Win Prize, triggers an additional winning moment at the time of their entry and wins the deferred Instant Win Prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are an Instant Win Prize winner.

Instant Win Prize winner notification and fulfilment: Instant Win Prize winners will be notified immediately on screen that they have won a prize and what they have won. Additionally an email will be sent to the email address supplied on entry. Instant Win Prize winners will need to respond to the email, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, including supplying a photograph of the winner’s official government issued passport or drivers’ licence to prove their age and providing their delivery address (within the United Kingdom). The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification. Upon completion of this, the winner will be confirmed. Failure to complete this verification process will result in the winner being disqualified. The relevant Instant Win Prize will not be made available to be won again. Instant Win Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner within 14 days of winner verification.
Privacy: The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will share the personal information with its marketing agency who will be assisting with the administration of the Promotion and, regarding winners only, fulfilling prizes. Personal data of entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant specifically opts in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. The Promoter and holds personal data in accordance with the terms set out in its privacy policy, available here. Entrants’ personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely destroyed. Winner’s personal data will be retained until three months after the winner has taken the Main Prize trip. The Participant has the right to access and rectify their personal data and, insofar as applicable, the right to request the deletion of their data and the right to object to the processing of their data. If an entrant exercises any of these rights, it may affect their ability to participate in the Promotion. The participant may exercise these rights or ask any question relating to the management of their personal data by contacting the Promoter by email to the following address: hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk.
Privacy – winner details: The names and regions of the winner of the Prize Draw prize will be available by sending an email to hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk with “Freixenet Mallorca Winners” in the subject header to arrive between 15 October 2026 and 31 December 2026. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding the Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows entrants to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
